Welcome Program
Additional Inspector General of Police Kalyan Timsina,
formally assumed charge of the Executive Director of National Police Academy on
22nd November 29, 2009 .
Upon his arrival at the Academy, he was warmly greeted by
the team of Academy Staffs lead by Deputy Inspector General of Police Yadav
Adhikari forming line along the way to his office and offering bouquet to honor
and welcome the new Executive Director.
Farewell Program
Farewell Program was held on National Police Academy in the honor of AIGP.
Rabindra Pratap Shah, DIGP Bimala Thapa and SSP Kesh Bahadur Shahi on 8th
Mangshir 2066.
Selection of Police
Inspector
Selection of Inspector for open competition has been started from 29th Kartic
2066 at National Police Academy. Obstacles examination falls under 1st phase of
the selection where 100 candidates can attain the Obstacle test per day which
starts from 8:00 am to 11:00am and 1:00 pm to 4:pm. This Obstacles goes till 2nd
Paush.
Anniversary week Celebration
The Academy
celebrates its Anniversary Day on 29th Magh of every B.S. year and organizes
various programs and events during a week preceding the Anniversary Day. The
various programs and events include Sports, Quiz-Contest, Painting competition
for the children of different age groups, supper, etc.
